- The protection of things around the driveway or patio, such as the lawn, plants, paintwork on surrounding buildings etc…
- Ensuring that when using chemicals we remain label compliant, but also discuss any treatment of chemicals with you prior to using them.
- We would always prefer to under promise and over deliver, rather than making unrealistic claims. If there are certain stains, or marks on the patio or driveway that we cannot guarantee to remove, we will discuss this with you prior to the work taking place.
- We will always leave the site clean and tidy after we have been.
- We will always ascertain whether or not a pressure wash would be suitable and if not discuss other soft washing methods as an alternative.
