This service will be EXCLUSIVELY available to existing customers and is available immediately after their first gutter clean.

Annual cleans
Please note that your monthly payments will need to be up to date to be eligible for your annual clean, if there is a shortfall in price before commencement of the clean, this will need to be brought up to date prior to your annual clean.
If your monthly plan is more than 3 months overdue then we reserve the right to cancel your plan with no refunds, however, we will issue a voucher for the amount you have paid up to date to be able to redeem against any future services.
Gutter repairs
*Gutter repairs can only be carried out on PVC gutters and need to be accessible safely from a ladder for the fixed repair cost of £40.00 + VAT. Anything that falls outside of this remit may still be able to be repaired but we would need to price these accordingly with the appropriate access that is required.
The best way to keep your gutters from repair is to have them cleared regularly
Hedgehog and gutter guards
Hedgehog and gutter guards – We DO NOT recommend either of these products, as it is proven to be not fit for purpose, if you have these fitted after your monthly subscription is set up there would be an extra charge to remove these prior to cleaning. Approx £30 per elevation dependent on access plus removal costs if you wanted these removed from site and disposed of.
Solar panels
If you have solar panels and have solar panel pigeon proofing installed, we can offer this membership with no restrictions. However, if you have solar panels and they are not pigeon proofed we cannot offer you the blockage guarantee below, however, we can still come out and clear blockages for a set fee of £49 inc. VAT.
Blockage guarantee
If you have a blockage within 90 days of scheduled annual clean we will automatically bring forward your annual clean and then your next annual clean will be 12 months after that.
The blockage guarantee only covers the gutters that we cleared for you on your original booking, however, additional gutter runs can be added to the maintenance plan at a cost of £6 per month per gutter run.
If you need to activate the free blockage removal benefit of your membership, please be aware that we will always try and get this removed for you as soon as possible but may take up to a maximum of 14 days.
Fair use policy – There will be a maximum of 3 free blockage removals in between annual cleans, any blockages after that will be charged at £50 inc. VAT.
Cancellation of membership
Please note that you can cancel your membership at any time, however, we do not offer refunds on any monthly payments we have already received, however, we will work out the payments already made towards your next clean and issue you a voucher that you can claim against future works with us. Please note if you cancel your membership you will no longer be eligible for the 3 year price freeze and anytime blockage guarantee, and any future jobs will be quoted at the current market price.
